The Position

As a Migration Analyst, you'll be right at the centre of transforming customer data and delivering seamless onboarding journeys onto the Acturis platform. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role where you will:

·         Dive into complex datasets — analysing, modelling, and uncovering insights that drive successful migrations

·         Build and refine powerful data transformation packages that bring customer data to life in Acturis

·         Create sharp, detailed specifications that shape each migration

·         Tackle challenges with curiosity and creativity to keep projects running smoothly

·         Partner with project teams to deliver high‑quality, high‑precision migration outcomes

·         Work directly with customers, building trust and confidence from day one

 

Your First Three Months

Your first 12 weeks will be packed with learning, momentum, and meaningful contribution. You will:

·         Shadow experienced colleagues as you start supporting customer projects

·         Build strong Oracle SQL and PL/SQL skills through structured training and real‑world practice

·         Deep‑dive into the Acturis migration process and underlying infrastructure

·         Receive full training on both the Acturis system and the wider insurance landscape

Requirements

·         Experience analysing data

·         Solid organisational and time‑management skills
