About the role

We are seeking a Midweight Graphic Designer with a strong contemporary aesthetic and a genuine passion for film. You’ll work across print, digital and video, creating compelling creative that elevates our programming, releases, partnerships and brand. You’ll join us in Turkey, working closely with our wider Creative team globally, including our Video Editing team, collaborating across disciplines to bring ideas to life with craft, clarity and originality.

You will focus on:

  • Collaborating with Senior Designers to develop & execute compelling creative solutions to promote MUBI’s curated film programming, including: film posters for theatrical, local / multi-territory / global digital releases, social media assets, print & digital advertising, video assets.

  • Shaping visual identities for film festivals, events and partnerships, including:

    • Creative systems and distinctive visual worlds for collaborations across art, fashion, luxury, music and film

    • Invitations (print & digital) and event collateral

    • Promotional materials and merchandise

  • Collaborating across teams, partnering with Creative, Marketing, Programming & Distribution to interpret briefs and deliver work that meets objectives

  • Contributing ideas proactively and strengthen briefs with design thinking

  • Managing multiple projects with strong organisation, prioritisation & attention to detail

  • Proactively exploring new ideas for MUBI’s visual brand identity

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years professional design experience (formal design education preferred)

  • A strong portfolio showing conceptual strength and high-quality execution across digital, print and video

  • Excellent typography and layout skills, with confidence in branding and visual systems

  • Strong art direction instincts: ability to visualise ideas quickly and develop them into polished work

  • An ideas-led mindset: inventive, thoughtful, and willing to explore beyond the obvious solution

  • A high bar for craft: impeccable attention to detail, consistency, and production readiness

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong project management habits: can juggle multiple tasks and deliver to deadlines

  • Motion graphics experience is a plus, but not required
