👋About Boundless Life
Boundless Life empowers remote workers to experience — with their families — the nomad lifestyle many people without children have been enjoying for years. It creates a complete “live abroad” immersive experience for families looking to get the most of what the digital age and the world can offer.
Through family-friendly lodging and a cutting-edge education system that follows the children wherever they go, Boundless brings together a community of like-minded families who want to explore the planet while working remotely and having a positive impact on their lives and the world.
Since we were founded in 2021, we have quickly grown to 7 locations across three continents and more than 180 team members of different nationalities. We’re continuing to grow at a fast pace. This year alone we’re opening 2 new locations, and have ambitious goals to empower people to have more fulfilling lives by designing a lifestyle enabling balance, growth and deeper connections with ourselves, our families, nature and the world.
🙌The role
As Boundless moves from design and pilot phases into full implementation and scale, the Middle Years Program Specialist & Systems Integrator plays a pivotal role in leading the Trailblazer (Middle Years) program, supporting expansion, and driving special initiatives that strengthen the Boundless Education model.
This integrator role sits at the intersection of Program & Learning Design (PLD) and Education Operations, while collaborating cross-functionally with Admissions, Community, Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams. The Specialist ensures that Boundless’ middle years programs launch smoothly, operate effectively across sites, and continuously evolve toward our mission of empowering a new generation of conscious global leaders.
Important note: This is a remote role, as such, you are required to visit each destination once a quarter to work with educators (ideally 2-3 sites combined in one trip)
