RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain robust, high-performance application functionality and services;
Design and implement new features that enhance user experience and align with business objectives;
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions;
Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing codebases, architecture, and processes;
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices;
Contribute innovative ideas and technical insight to improve overall product design and system performance;
Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed features, APIs, and modules;
Participate actively in team development activities, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
Ensure code quality through the creation of automated unit, integration, and functional tests;
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to full-stack development.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years of professional experience in backend development with Node.js (preferably with TypeScript);
2+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development using React.js and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, etc.);
Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles;
Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and modular architecture;
Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or microservice architectures;
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git);
Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best engineering practices;
Experience with automated testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, or similar);
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in team-based agile environments;
Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English;
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
