Middle/Senior Front-End Engineer

• Collaborate with client teams to migrate existing Front-end solutions to ReactJS and Next.js, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions  
• Design and implement modern Front-end architecture with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance  
• Develop robust, reusable, and modular components that align with best practices and industry standards  
• Introduce and enforce Front-end best practices, including atomic design and performance optimization  
• Analyze existing code bases to identify and resolve inefficiencies or areas of improvement 
• Analyze and estimate work in an agile environment  
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to established standards  

• 3+ years of experience in Front-end development with ReactJS 
• Proficiency with Next.js and SSR/SSG for building high-performance and scalable web applications 
• Strong knowledge of Front-end architecture, including component-based design, micro-frontends, state management, and dataflow patterns
• Familiarity with Front-end tooling (Webpack, ESLint, Prettier, etc.) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)
• Proven ability to optimize web applications for performance 
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration best practices 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach toward identifying solutions 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience of collaborating in English in a remote or distributed team environment 
• Effective time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently
