We are a dynamic team working on an exciting suite of products, including mobile apps, websites, and sometimes CRMs for our products. We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team and help create seamless, user-friendly experiences for our diverse product portfolio. If you're passionate about designing intuitive interfaces and user-centric experiences across multiple platforms, we'd love to have you on board!

Responsibilities:

• Research & Analysis: Conduct user research and competitor analysis to gain insights into user needs and behaviors.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups for mobile app features.
• UI Design: Design high-quality, visually appealing, and consistent user interfaces that are aligned with the brand and provide an intuitive experience.
• User Flows: Create clear and effective user flows and information architecture to guide the development of user-centered products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs and to iterate based on feedback.
• Design System: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system to ensure consistency across the app.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with exposure to designing mobile apps, websites, and/or CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, design systems, and platform-specific guidelines (iOS, Android, web).
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and usability.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher and native level of Ukrainian, Belarusian, Russian
