We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us build stable, reliable, and scalable infrastructure.
This is a system-focused role focused on ensuring platform reliability, smooth deployments, and strong collaboration across development, operations, and delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ year of practical experience in infrastructure development and maintaining as DevOps, SecOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineer, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of AWS and on-prem infrastructure.
- Strong hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS and on-prem)
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI/GitHub Actions/Jenkins.
- Experience with observability tools: ELK/EFK, Grafana Stack
- Knowledge in scripting (Bash, Python, Go, JS, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Support and improve the existing infrastructure
- Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
- Troubleshooting incidents and improving system observability and resilience
- Research DevOps best practices and proactively apply them
- Participate in audit processes and compliance activities
Would be a plus
- Higher education in Computer Science
- Experience in fintech or crypto domains
- Terragrunt, GitOps tools (ArgoCD/FluxCD), service mesh (Istio/Linkerd)
- Practical experience administering network infrastructure, databases, and on-prem systems
- Participation in preparing infrastructure for compliance with international security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2)
- Relevant certification
