What You’ll Be Doing

• Dreaming up and delivering platform-native campaigns that feel right at home on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond
• Creating ideas that cut through the feed — from reactive moments and smart influencer partnerships, to tech-driven innovation, branded content, and fully integrated social campaigns
• Pitching and presenting your ideas clearly, confidently, and with purpose
  Collaborating closely with strategists, designers, and account leads to make great ideas even better
• Staying plugged into what’s trending — and knowing when to tap into it (or when not to)
• Juggling multiple briefs at once, keeping standards high and deadlines tight

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of creative agency experience
• A strong portfolio packed with social-first work — campaigns, content, and concepts that live and breathe the internet
• A confident, conceptual thinker who also knows how to make things real
• A collaborator at heart who knows great ideas can come from anywhere
• An instinct for platform behavior and a hunger to experiment with new formats
• Able to handle feedback and pivot fast — you get that social moves quickly
• Comfortable owning projects from start to finish, while still being a team player
