The Mid-Weight Graphic Designer is a confident, curious, and collaborative creative who brings strong design thinking and executional excellence across print, digital, broadcast, and event experiences.
This role suits someone who can take ownership of briefs from concept through to final delivery, contribute meaningfully to creative direction, and partner closely with Producers, Account teams, and Senior Designers to deliver high-quality, on-brand work for global clients.

YOU SHOULD HAVE
Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related discipline
3–5 years’ industry experience, ideally within an agency or studio environment
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and high-quality design solutions across a range of disciplines
Experience delivering design for print, digital, live events, and brand environments
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
A positive, inclusive, and approachable attitude with no ego
Strong communication skills and confidence presenting ideas internally
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in the creative delivery of brand and event experiences across live, virtual, and digital channels.
Take ownership of design briefs from concept through to final art across print, digital, broadcast, and event collateral
Design and develop high-quality brand assets including signage, event collateral, swag, toolkits, templates, and storyboards
Translate creative direction and briefs into strong, well-resolved design solutions that align with brand guidelines and client objectives
Work across multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and timelines effectively
Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Producers, Account teams, and freelancers to deliver cohesive creative outcomes
Prepare accurate, production-ready files for small and large-scale print and digital delivery
Contribute to creative ideation, brainstorming sessions, and concept development
Champion creativity, craft, and attention to detail across the wider team
Confidently receive and act on constructive feedback, continually refining and elevating your work
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in design, technology, culture, and events
SKILLS
Strong creative problem-solving and concept development skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Working knowledge of Figma and After Effects (motion experience a bonus)
Solid understanding of print production processes and digital asset delivery
Awareness of animation, broadcast, and 3D/environmental design principles
Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
High attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and methodically under pressure
Ability to manage feedback, revisions, and multiple stakeholders effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills with a “never settle” attitude
