What your day-to-day will look like

Prepare, organize, and validate tax information for monthly and annual tax filings;

Follow up on tax payments and related supporting documentation;
-
Ensure attention to detail and accountability in critical compliance processes;
-
Previous experience or exposure to VAT refund processes;
-
Prepare and organize supporting documentation for VAT refund requests;
-
Follow up on information requests related to VAT refund filings;
-
Follow up on information collection with internal teams and external advisors;
-
Follow up on tax advisors’ invoices and support their submission for payment;
-
Support the management and follow-up of service proposals with external tax advisors;
-
Support testing and follow-up of tax projects and process improvement initiatives;
-
Support the preparation of internal documentation and communications to standardize tax processes;
-
Collaborate with other teams in the collection and validation of tax-related information.
What you need to shine in this role
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed degree);
-
Previous experience in tax compliance: direct taxes (CIT) and indirect taxes (VAT) and informative filings (ideally 2–4 years);
-
Ability to work with medium to high volumes of information and documentation;
-
Strong organizational skills, follow-up, and task prioritization;
-
Good written and verbal communication skills;
-
Ability to follow up and maintain constant communication with internal and external teams;

High level of autonomy, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;
- SAP;
- Microsoft Office;
- Google tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs, etc.).
