We are looking for a detail-oriented, enthusiastic junior/mid-level project manager to work remotely for our global clients. Ideally, you have experience in web development, digital marketing, and email development projects and are interested in working alongside a diverse and collaborative growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.
- Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
- Assign and schedule project tasks.
- Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
- Create documentation, tickets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Keep an updated status of tasks, manage resources, and identify blockers to avoid delays on the deadlines.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- 2 + years of experience in technology projects
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Digital Marketing and Google Analytics.
- Works independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Excel and Google spreadsheets experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Adept at conflict resolution.
- Able to negotiate and influence
- English B2+ or above is required.
