What You’ll Do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will focus exclusively on new business. You’ll own a defined segment of high-growth B2B companies and be responsible for driving net-new logo acquisition.

This is a disciplined, consultative sales role that requires strong pipeline generation, crisp discovery, and consistent execution. You’ll manage multiple active opportunities while maintaining control of your number.

You’ll be selling a full platform that spans:

  • Advocacy activation (campaigns, missions, segmentation)
  • Reference management (automated matching, fatigue tracking)
  • Customer content (verified testimonials, ROI stats, and proof libraries)

Responsibilities:

  • Own the full new business sales cycle from prospecting through close, typically $25K–$75K ACV deals.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting in partnership with SDRs, while also converting inbound interest.
  • Run strong discovery that ties business pain to measurable outcomes like win rates, pipeline velocity, competitive differentiation, and expansion readiness.
  • Multi-thread across marketing, RevOps, enablement, and customer-facing stakeholders.
  • Maintain tight deal control using MEDDICC discipline and clear next steps.
  • Accurately forecast commit deals and proactively surface risk early.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Solutions Engineering to deliver tailored demos and compelling business cases.
  • Consistently build and maintain healthy Stage 2+ pipeline coverage.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a mid-market or SMB new business role.
  • Strong pipeline creator, not dependent solely on inbound or SDR-generated leads.
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of active opportunities simultaneously with organization and rigor.
  • Strong discovery skills with the ability to quantify impact and build urgency.
  • Coachability, competitiveness, and an ownership mindset.
  • Experience selling to marketing, RevOps, enablement, or customer-facing teams preferred.
