理想的な候補者は、Fortune 1000 企業に対して優れた営業実績を持ち、パイプラインの力強い拡大、アウトバウンドによる新規開拓、徹底した要件確認、イノベーション、そして継続的なハードワークを実証している方です。データセンター領域へのエンタープライズソフトウェア、SaaS、クラウド、IT インフラ関連製品・サービスの営業経験は必須です。主な業務内容
  • 担当エリアの営業計画を策定および実行し、プロスペクティング、案件の見極め、管理、クロージングを通じて個人予算を達成する
  • 多数の戦略的商談を推進するため、パイプラインを構築・管理する
  • 小規模顧客を中心としたアカウントにおいて、新規成長機会を特定し、クロージングまで導く
  • 複雑なデータセンター環境において Rubrik のソリューションを提案・プレゼンテーションする
  • パートナー、ディストリビューター、VAR と協業し、共同販売および戦略立案を行い、高い成長を実現する
  • ローカル市場の動向や新たなビジネス機会、チャネルパートナー候補について Rubrik マネジメントへフィードバックを提供する
応募資格(About You)
  • IT インフラまたは SaaS のいずれかにおける 3年以上のテック営業経験
  • 新規顧客(Net New Logos)獲得における一貫した成功実績
  • Fortune 1000 クラスのエンドユーザー向け営業での高い実績
  • チャネルとの協業において、高いオーナーシップと深い理解・経験を有する方
  • 継続的に目標を達成・上回ってきた実績
