Job Description:-
Job Role – Mid level Engineer
Location – London, UK
Working Type – Onsite working mode (5 Days a week)
Language Needed: Just professional in English fluency
Work position- Min. 6 months Contract (Possible Extension)
Core skillset:
· Build and deploy and support Windows laptops
· Decommission old devices
· Good customer-facing communication skills
· Fluency in both English – minimum C1 for speaking and writing
Activities:
· Install Windows image on new laptops
· Update hardware inventory systems
· Physical installation of computers, monitors and other IT systems at desk locations
· Must be confident communicating with staff at all levels, both written and verbal
· Assist with hardware disposal
· Must be able to manually lift up to 15kg when moving and repositioning computers and ancillary equipment
· Use of IT ticketing systems
