We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dashboards and KPIs creation, leveraging your knowledge of SQL
• Analyze data to identify the best approach for building dashboards and defining relevant KPIs
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data — not just report what happened, but explain why it happened and what actions should follow
• Design visually appealing and intuitive dashboards that effectively communicate analysis and insights
• Go beyond descriptive analytics to provide actionable recommendations that drive decision-making
• Challenge assumptions and bring a critical, investigative mindset to every analysis
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, marketing, statistics, economics, or a related data field
• Experience in analytics, with a focus on dashboard creation and KPI development
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or others
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to translate  data into clear business narratives and strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
