We are seeking a Data Analyst with a versatile skill set to undertake data science and analytics to support the development of the next generation products for our business.

As part of the Data Sciences & Analytics Team, you will work hands-on with innovative technologies to build scalable data products and solutions for our US and global businesses. Your responsibilities include collaborating with partners to identify insights from data, coming up with modeling requirements, applying creativity to test hypotheses, prepare & automate data preparation processes, build models, analyze & visualize results and integrate the solution into innovative data products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, Product owners, Machine Learning Engineers,   
    and Software Engineers to design and deliver Machine Learning solutions in production at   
    scale.  
  • Develop automated AI and ML workflows and end-to-end pipelines for data preparation,   
    training, deployment, monitoring, etc., and ensure the quality of architecture and design of   
    our ML systems and data infrastructure.  
  • Leverage AI to develop GenAI powered solutions to complement our data science and product   
    build capabilities  

 

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience (3+ years in development)  
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience 
  • Strong foundation in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving,   
    and complexity analysis  
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, C, Perl)  
  • 3+ years of experience building scalable ML infrastructure and big data systems  
  • 3+ years of experience with MLOps tools (Airflow, Kubeflow, Optuna, MLflow)  
  • 3+ years of developing large-scale model inference using Spark, EMR, or Databricks 
  • 1+ year of experience with GenAI (e.g., OpenAI API, Bedrock API, Vertex API, LangGraph)  
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities  
  • Experience in operationalizing and scaling ML models in production  
  • Experience with orchestration and MLOps pipelines for training and scoring
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models, fine-tuning, and deployment (HuggingFace, Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI)
  • Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB)
  • Experience with CI/CD/DevOps tools (Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Proficiency in Apache Spark, EMR/DataProc, and cloud tools (Snowflake, Redshift, AWS Glue, Lambda)
  • Experience with ML libraries (H2O, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
  • Expertise in the full ML software development lifecycle
  • Excellent technical communication skills with scientists and engineers
  • 2+ years of experience with databases (SQL) and Linux
  • 3+ years of AWS infrastructure experience (EC2, RDS, S3, EMR) or equivalent GCP experience

  • Knowledge of LLM observability platforms

  • Analytical problem-solving with a creative approach
  • Expertise in data concepts, architecture, manipulation, and engineering design
  • Passionate about aligning projects with broader business objectives 
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (statistically vs. dynamically typed, object-oriented vs. procedural)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Adaptable to diverse technical challenges and systems Capable of presenting data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
