We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics capability. This is a hands-on role where you will transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling business teams to make informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Position Title: Mid Data Analyst
Location: Remote - LATAM
What you will be doing:
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
Build and maintain analytical data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations
Analyze data from cloud data warehouses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into visual insights
Support migration of legacy reports into modern analytics solutions
Monitor and troubleshoot report performance and data quality issues
Maintain documentation for datasets, metrics, and reporting processes
Contribute to governance and data validation efforts
Enable self-service analytics through clear and well-structured reporting
Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
+3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, visualization)
Solid SQL skills and experience querying cloud data warehouses
Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
Power BI certification
Experience with dbt or modern analytics workflows
Exposure to Python or R for analysis
Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and data pipelines
Understanding of dashboard UX best practices
Experience with cloud platforms
