Responsibilities
- Write and improve code within a small, tight-knit team (5–7 people).
- Work on exciting products and continuously make them better.
- Contribute to fast, incremental releases — no endless bottlenecks here.
- Implement best coding practices and keep things running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the core team to roll out new features at lightning speed.
- Learn fast and tackle coding challenges head-on.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in back-end development using Node.js.
- Experience building RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support front-end apps.
- Ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code (best practices matter!).
- Solid experience with databases like MongoDB/PostgreSQL/Redis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Bonus Points If You…
- Worked with MongoDB complex queries, Atlas Search, Aggregation Pipelines.
- Have experience with TypeScript and/or NestJS.
- Are familiar with Redis and task queues (e.g., BullMQ)
- Can give solid advice on tech and architecture decisions.
- Are obsessed with travel tech and love the industry.
