Our client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Microsoft M365 Copilot SME to provide advanced operational support for M365 Copilot across the organization’s tenant. This role involves complex troubleshooting, policy and configuration changes, and mass deployments to ensure seamless functionality and compliance within a regulated environment.

What you will do:

  • Provide 3rd and 4th line operational support for M365 Copilot across the enterprise tenant.
  • Triage and resolve complex M365 escalations and multi-user incidents related to usage, access errors, and unexpected results.
  • Perform root cause analysis across M365 Admin Centre, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, Teams, Group Policy Objects, and Aternity.
  • Utilize advanced monitoring and observability tools such as ThousandEyes and Downdetector to maintain system health.
  • Implement policy and configuration changes and manage mass deployments throughout the organization.
  • Deliver knowledge-sharing sessions on Copilot to M365 application owners.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 support at an enterprise scale.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint/OneDrive permissions, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
  • Proven experience working within regulated environments and producing audit-ready artifacts.
  • Exposure to large-scale Copilot deployments in the financial sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency with PowerShell and Graph API for troubleshooting and reporting.
