About the Role
We’re looking for a Mid or Senior Microsoft Identity Consultant who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity solutions using Microsoft Entra External ID, ensuring secure and seamless experiences for external users, partners, and customers.
Experience with Verified ID and decentralized identity concepts is a strong plus.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital identity, secure authentication, and shaping the future of IAM.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deploy External ID solutions in Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).

Support pre-sales activities: join client calls, explain External ID capabilities, and build demos.

Integrate Verified ID and other decentralized identity components as part of customer projects.

Ensure compliance, scalability, and high security of identity architectures.

Work closely with global teams on solution design, testing, and deployment.

Provide technical documentation and support for implemented solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity services into client applications and platforms.

Manage and troubleshoot identity-related issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of authentication systems.

Monitor and ensure compliance with security standards, identity policies, and best practices.

Provide technical expertise, troubleshooting, and guidance to both internal teams and clients.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in Microsoft identity technologies and suggest improvements to current systems.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience with Microsoft Entra External ID – you’ll be the go-to expert for external identity solutions.

Hands-on experience with Verified ID – a strong plus for projects involving decentralized identity.

Solid understanding of Azure AD, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and identity federation.

Experience configuring and managing B2B/B2C identity flows for partners and customers.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to ensure reliability and security.

Experience working in DevOps or agile environments, reflecting our value of adaptability and collaboration.

Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and efficiency.

Familiarity with Azure cloud services and modern cloud architecture.

Understanding of security best practices to uphold trust and compliance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a global team, aligned with our people-first culture. Professional English proficiency for clear communication with international clients.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, SC-100, or AZ-305).
- Familiarity with Entra Permissions Management or Conditional Access.
- Experience working with US clients, international or remote teams.
