Job Overview

A Dynamics 365 Inventory and Procurement Consultant specialize in implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Inventory Management and Procurement (Sourcing) modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. The consultant ensures that inventory and procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with business needs

Job Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs in inventory, procurement, and supply chain. 
  • Solution Design: Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules for Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, and related areas. 
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve inventory flows, procurement cycles, and vendor management processes. 
  • Implementation: Lead or support the deployment of inventory and procurement modules, including data migration and system integration. 
  • User Training & Support: Train end-users, develop documentation, and provide ongoing support for inventory and procurement functions. 
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure solution quality. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on new features, recommend enhancements, and support post-go-live optimization.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics (D365FO) Supply Chain Management.
  • Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, especially Inventory Management and Procurement modules.
  • Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant or Solution Architect.
  • Experience configuring workflows, purchasing policies, vendor catalogs, and inventory controls
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
