Microsoft Dynamics 365 setup (from scratch)+Microsoft 365 integration(1-2 users)

Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to set up a basic Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment and integrate it with our Microsoft 365 suite, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint. The initial setup will involve 1-2 users, with a focus on creating a scalable and tidy foundation. Ongoing support will be required to ensure smooth operations.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:

1. After connecting Office 365 to Dynamics, do existing contacts automatically sync to Dynamics? (Y/N). Please explain your answer
2. I want a user to create and edit their own contacts, but only view contacts owned by others on their team. How would you configure this?
3. Give me a specific example of a cloud flow you'd build: trigger, condition, and action for following up on leads that haven't been contacted in 5 days.
4. A sales user complains that when they mark an Opportunity as 'Won', it disappears from their view. What's happening, and how would you configure the system so they can still see won opportunities in their pipeline view?
5. A user sends an email from Outlook to a contact, but it doesn't appear in Dynamics 365. The mailbox is approved and syncing. What are the three most likely causes?
