MS Dynamics 365 Technical Leader - North Dallas, TX area - HYBRID 

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly experienced MS Dynamics 365 Technical Leader with expertise in solutioning, architecting, and developing custom applications within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem. The role involves designing scalable solutions, integrating third-party systems using Azure services, and optimizing CRM (Sales & Customer Service Modules). Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF controls) is essential. The ideal candidate should have technical leadership experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, while staying updated on the latest Dynamics 365 and Azure advancements.

Accountabilities
In this role, the Dynamics Technical Leader will design, develop, and optimize custom applications within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem using C#, .NET, and JavaScript. Involved in system integration with third-party applications via Azure services and customizing workflows and business processes to meet business needs. In addition, manage performance optimization, troubleshooting, and ensuring solution reliability through rigorous testing and quality assurance. Technical leadership with a focus on mentoring teams and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Committed to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest Dynamics 365, C#, and Azure advancements.

 

Required Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 solution development
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales) architecture and customization
  • Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in implementing and developing Sales and Customer Service Modules using MS Dynamics CRM 365
  • Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs and web services
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, and PCF control development)
