Je speelt een belangrijke rol spelen in het continu verbeteren van onze Business Central-oplossing, K3 Pebblestone. In de praktijk werk je zowel aan stabiele basis functionaliteiten als slimme innovaties voor onze klanten in de Fashion industrie, waarbij er een sterke focus is op kwaliteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid.

The Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and forward-thinking Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Developer to join K3 Fashion Solutions. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical development skills with functional ERP knowledge, and who thrives in a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment. You will be instrumental in enhancing our Business Central solution, K3 Pebblestone, with intelligent features, while also contributing to core functionality across the K3 Fashion Solutions product set.

K3 Fashion Solutions richt zich op de mode- en kledingmarkt voor retail, groothandel en productie bedrijven met onze twee oplossingen; K3 Fashion en K3 Pebblestone. Wij zijn een door Microsoft erkende Global ISV en beide producten zijn embedded in de Microsofts ERP-oplossingen, respectievelijk D365 Finance en Supply Chain en D365 Business Central. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en onderhouden van AppSource-apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Samenwerken met de productmanagers en functionele consultants om (AI-gestuurde) verbeteringen te identificeren en te implementeren die zowel de gebruikerservaring als efficiëntie verbeteren.
• Vertalen van requirements naar schaalbare, onderhoudbare en kwalitatieve standaard oplossingen.
• Bieden van technische ondersteuning aan onze partners voor de belangrijke modules: Inkoop, Verkoop, Voorraad en Productie.
• Code reviews, waarbij je als team waarborgt dat het product voldoet aan best practices, performance- en beveiligingsrichtlijnen.
• Pro-actief op de hoogte blijven van de nieuwste updates van het BC-platform, Dynamics 365-innovaties en AI-ontwikkelingen.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AppSource apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Collaborate with product managers and functional consultants to identify and implement (AI-driven) enhancements that improve user experience and business efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
• Provide technical support across key modules: Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Products, and Production.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest BC platform updates, Dynamics  365 innovations, and AI advancements.
• Work effectively within an Product environment, contributing to product development cycles and customer-focused enhancements.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement within the development team.

Requirements

Vereisten

• 5+ jaar praktische ervaring met ontwikkelen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central met AL en Visual Studio Code.
• Goed begrip van ERP-processen in inkoop, verkoop, voorraad, producten en productie.
• Ervaring met of voor een onafhankelijke softwareleverancier (ISV) is een pre.
• Bekendheid met DevOps, CI/CD-pijplijnen, AL-Go en moderne ontwikkelmethodes.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, als onderdeel van het team en met de andere afdelingen.
• Vloeiend in Nederlands en/of Engels
• Een interne motivatie om continu te leren, innoveren en voorop te blijven lopen in BC en AI-technologieën.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL and Visual Studio Code.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes in Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, Products, and Production.
• Experience working with or for an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, AL-Go and modern development practices.
• Good communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork.
• Fluent in English and/or Dutch language
• Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and staying ahead of the curve in BC and AI technologies.
• Strong commitment to code quality, documentation, and peer collaboration.

De locatie:

Als team hebben we combinatie van op kantoor aanwezig zijn in Nootdorp  (in principe  maandag en woensdag) en thuiswerken.

We are considering candidates for this position in Nootdorp, Netherlands. This role provides a hybrid work model, enabling a flexible combination of remote work and in-person collaboration at our modern offices situated in Nootdorp.
