We are seeking a highly skilled D365 Solutions Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
- Lead the planning, design, estimation, development and implementation of Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with the development teams as well as directly with customers.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Create comprehensive documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, high level and detailed design documents, configuration and user guides.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, robust, and maintainable.
- Customise D365 applications using out-of-the-box features, custom plugins, workflows, and scripts.
- Design and implement integrations with other systems and applications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and technical staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement enhancements to maximize system efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.
- Mentor and train junior developers and team members.
- Continue to develop product and technology knowledge in order the deliver the best solutions for the customer.
- Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements.
- Management of solutions through the application lifecycle.
- Demonstrated architecture experience leading development of solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies and associated ALM strategies
- Experience delivering Dynamics integrations with APIs or third-party solutions
- Demonstrated experience of leading Dynamics migrations and upgrades
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .NET)
- Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
- Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft
- Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights)
- Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Dynamics solutions
- Ability to demonstrate experience with Non-Functional Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
