Support Microsoft partner programs by ensuring accuracy in data and communications while collaborating with global tech leaders.
What you’ll do:
- Maintain 100% accuracy in registering customer information and data related to Microsoft programs. This includes having perfect knowledge of every product's price, eligibility, and combinations, as well as the relationships between AppXite's platform, resellers, and Microsoft's incentive/benefit structures.
- Develop deep expertise on every detail of Microsoft's partner programs. This means being an absolute subject matter expert on all Microsoft documentation, incentive structures, specializations, and program changes.
- Closely monitor all Microsoft communications, news, and program updates to identify any impacts. This requires constantly reviewing Microsoft's website, newsletters, webinars, etc. to stay on top of any changes that could affect AppXite, its resellers, or customers.
- Ensure all Microsoft-related documentation and knowledge is kept up-to-date and easily accessible. This involves using AI and knowledge management tools to organize and maintain a comprehensive, searchable repository of all relevant information.
- Proactively communicate changes and impacts to internal teams, resellers, and customers. Announcements and guidance must be provided to all affected parties to ensure they are informed of any Microsoft-related updates or requirements.
