Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, focusing on scalable, secure applications for mission-critical customers.
What you will do:
Core Technical Expertise (Power Platform)
Lead end-to-end architecture and delivery of Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments
Design scalable, secure, and high-availability applications supporting mission-critical workloads
Advise customers on platform governance, environment strategy, and best practices
Drive operational excellence across performance, reliability, and support readiness
Partner with senior stakeholders (IT leaders, architects, and business teams) to shape solutions and outcomes
Collaborate across Microsoft and partner ecosystems to deliver integrated solutions
What you will need:
Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions
Strong track record working on mission-critical or large-scale deployments
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams
Experience operating in complex customer or consulting environments
Deep hands-on experience in:
Power Apps:
Design and architecture of Canvas and Model-driven Apps
Implementation of complex business logic
Performance tuning and scalability considerations
Power Automate:
Development of advanced cloud flows and automation solutions
Integration with Microsoft and third-party systems
Monitoring, error handling, and resiliency design
Dataverse:
Data modelling and platform architecture
Security design including role-based access control
Integration with enterprise systems
Governance & ALM:
Environment strategy and DLP policy implementation
Application lifecycle management (ALM)
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, F&O, etc.)
Integration experience between Power Platform and D365
Microsoft certifications (Power Platform / Azure)
Fluent English is mandatory; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus
