As a Microsoft 365 Governance & Adoption Lead at Ivy Partners, you will:
- Assess the current Microsoft 365 tenant, usage patterns, and maturity level.
- Define and implement governance frameworks across the M365 platform.
- Enhance scalability, security, and operational consistency of M365 solutions.
- Design adoption and change management strategies aligned with governance models.
- Assist business and IT stakeholders in adopting new ways of working.
- Deliver advanced training, enablement, and awareness sessions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the M365-driven digital transformation.

Requirements

About you
You are our ideal candidate if:
- You have significant experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration and governance.
- You have demonstrable experience in M365 adoption and change management initiatives.
- You understand user adoption, enablement, and digital workplace concepts deeply.
- You have experience supporting digital transformation programs based on M365.
- You are highly autonomous at a senior level, with an advisory and pragmatic mindset.
- You are comfortable working as a freelancer or independent consultant.
- You possess excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
