We are looking for an M365 Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects. The role of a Digital Workplace Engineer focuses on the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.

Your Day will Look like:

• Implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions, such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business.
• Administering and supporting Office 365 services, including security policies and group management.
• Managing users through Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and LDAP.
• Collaborating with other technical teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
• Creating technical documentation for Microsoft 365 services and related procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• 2+years of experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for technical issues.
• Experience with migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Fluency in both Greek and English.

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of scripting with PowerShell and use of Microsoft Graph API.
• Understanding of security policies in Azure and experience with tools such as Azure Log Analytics.
• Experience working in Office 365 federated environments.
• Familiarity with device management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune).
• Any relevant certifications with vendors such as Microsoft will be considered a plus.
