Job Purpose: The Micro Lab Analyst is responsible for ensuring accurate microbiological testing and smooth laboratory operations while maintaining quality and compliance with good laboratory practices.

Responsibilities/Results

The job holder:

• Assists in organizing the operation of the microbiology laboratory and records appropriate procedures and work instructions
• Complies with the principles of good laboratory practice during work
• Conducts sampling and analysis of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, surfaces, water, packaging materials, etc.
• Manages laboratory stocks and consumables
• Participates in the investigation of microbiological deviations
• Evaluates final microbiological results
• Informs the responsible person for the release of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, and packaging materials about the microbiological results

Requirements

• BSc in Chemistry, Cosmetology, Pharmacy or related field
• Proven related working experience 1-3 years, ideally in a FMCG within the cosmetics industry
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player
