Methods and Processes Engineer (M/F)

Your Mission

Support industrialization and continuous improvement initiatives by developing and optimizing manual operating methods, workstation ergonomics, and production times. Ensure efficient, safe, and standardized processes that contribute to operational excellence.

Contribute to industrialization projects and to the evolution of standards by providing expertise on manual operating methods and production times.

Key Responsibilities

Workstation Design & Ergonomics

Define and optimize workstation layouts, operating modes, and ergonomics to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with standards.

Time Analysis & Optimization

Establish and validate operating times for each station, contributing to accurate planning and performance monitoring.

Line Balancing

Propose and implement balanced distribution of tasks across production lines, considering manual and automated operations.

Proposes a balancing of the stations on the production line by considering the manual/automatic distribution.

Process & Product Improvement

Participate in product and process design reviews, as well as continuous improvement projects for mass production.

Routing & System Updates

Create and maintain accurate routings and process data in the relevant information systems.

Knowledge Management

Capture and apply lessons learned to improve future methods and standards.

Packaging Definition

Define packaging solutions aligned with manufacturing processes and logistics requirements.

BOM Management

Create and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) to reflect product and process changes.

Product Lifecycle Support

Manage product creation and modification workflows, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

💡 What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Methods and Processes Engineer who thrives in dynamic manufacturing environments and is passionate about driving operational excellence.

Your Profile:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an international manufacturing setting — automotive industry experience is a strong plus.

Education: Technical degree in mechanics, electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.

• Skills:
  • Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., SMED, TPM, 5S).
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to identify and implement process optimizations.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communicator, able to collaborate across teams and functions.
•  Mindset: Calm under pressure, proactive, and solution oriented.
•  Languages: Intermediate level of English (minimum B1).
•  Passion: A genuine interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and industrial excellence.
