Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in React Native to design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should be passionate about clean code, performance optimization, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Build and maintain mobile applications using React Native
Design and consume RESTful APIs
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend teams
Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in MERN Stack development
Strong experience with React Native
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with MongoDB / MySQL
Knowledge of Git / Version Control
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and data security
Experience with cloud deployment (AWS / Azure is a plus)
Good to Have
Experience with Redux / Zustand
Familiarity with Docker / CI-CD pipelines
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
