Communicating with merchant/ brand in order to match reconciliation data
Monitoring incoming merchant invoices until payment by finance department for merchant incentive
Request invoice to Finance Dept and monitoring payment for merchant/brand subsidies
Internal circulation for Agreements or Commitment Letters
Documentation, filling, and distribution of agreements or commitment letters

Bachelor or Diploma Degree
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Strong in MS Excel and MS Power Point
Detail oriented and tactful
