WHAT YOU’LL DO
Character Animation: Create lively, expressive, and stylized animations that enhance gameplay rhythm and synchronize with music beats to amplify the player’s musical experience.
UI Animation: Animate interface elements such as buttons, menus, and transitions to make the game feel more dynamic and polished.
Implementation Collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to ensure animations integrate smoothly into the game engine.
Optimization: Ensure all animations are performance-friendly while maintaining visual quality.
Concept Support: Collaborate with artists and designers to test animation styles and propose creative improvements for gameplay feel.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of timing, spacing, weight, and appeal in animation.
Proficiency with animation tools such as Spine, After Effects, Live2D, or Unity Animator.
Experience with character rigging and 2D skeletal animation systems.
Ability to create stylized and expressive animations that fit different art directions (casual, stylized, rhythm-based).
Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with designers and programmers.
Understanding of mobile performance constraints and optimization techniques.
Eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and strong sense of ownership.
Genuine passion for games — you enjoy playing, observing, and learning from them.
