·Coordinate with Development, Construction, Engineering, and Legal teams to align procurement strategy with project goals

·Serve as a key liaison with executive leadership on procurement decisions, vendor escalations, and equipment-related issues

·Ensure all equipment meets technical specifications, warranty standards, and regulatory compliance requirements

·Maintain end-to-end visibility of major MEP equipment from procurement through delivery, installation, and commissioning

·Implement tracking systems to monitor manufacturing progress, shipping milestones, and site arrival dates

·Collaborate with construction teams, OEMs, and commissioning agents to confirm proper startup procedures, validate installation per specifications, and verify equipment performance

·Oversee vendor participation in integrated systems testing (IST) and functional performance verification, ensuring documentation, warranty activation, and punch list resolution prior to turnover

·Serve as point of contact for equipment-related delays, failures, or non-conformance, driving resolution with vendors and internal teams to protect schedule and operational integrity
