·Collaborate with the Procurement department to stay current on MSAs, contracts, and TCO analysis for attic stock and warranty agreements
·Build and sustain relationships with OEMs, distributors, and integrators while negotiating preferred pricing, delivery schedules, and performance guarantees
·Establish and maintain unit cost benchmarks across regions and project types, and develop standardized contract structures to protect T5’s interests while preserving flexibility
·Coordinate with Development, Construction, Engineering, and Legal teams to align procurement strategy with project goals
·Serve as a key liaison with executive leadership on procurement decisions, vendor escalations, and equipment-related issues
·Ensure all equipment meets technical specifications, warranty standards, and regulatory compliance requirements

·Implement tracking systems to monitor manufacturing progress, shipping milestones, and site arrival dates
·Collaborate with construction teams, OEMs, and commissioning agents to confirm proper startup procedures, validate installation per specifications, and verify equipment performance
·Oversee vendor participation in integrated systems testing (IST) and functional performance verification, ensuring documentation, warranty activation, and punch list resolution prior to turnover
