Remote Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Mentee Success & Engagement Executive on behalf of a leading UK-based property investment and wealth education business. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who thrives on building meaningful relationships, driving engagement, and supporting individuals in achieving their goals.
As a key member of the team, you will proactively engage with programme participants, provide ongoing support and accountability, identify opportunities for further engagement, and celebrate mentee successes. You will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience while contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Mentee Engagement
- Conduct regular outbound calls with assigned mentees to monitor progress and engagement.
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and guidance throughout the learning journey.
- Identify challenges or barriers impacting mentee success and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Direct mentees to relevant programme resources, events, and support materials.
- Maintain regular communication to ensure high levels of participation and satisfaction.
Relationship Management & Support
- Build strong, trusted relationships with mentees through consistent engagement.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for mentee enquiries and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Foster a supportive and engaging community environment.
Success Story Development
- Identify mentees who have achieved significant milestones or success through the programme.
- Conduct interviews and gather testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
- Work closely with the marketing team to showcase participant achievements and programme impact.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities within the CRM system.
- Track engagement, retention, and sales-related KPIs.
- Prepare regular reports on mentee progress, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, Sales, or a similar role.
- Experience within an education, coaching, mentoring, membership, or training environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong active listening and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
- Experience working towards performance targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of property investment, wealth education, or financial coaching would be advantageous.
- Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection.
