Your next role:

This is a phone-based customer service role, where you’ll be supporting members primarily through inbound calls, providing guidance, information, and reassurance across a range of health insurance enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent, high-quality member support across multiple channels including phone, email, online chat, and social media, while completing claims and administrative tasks to meet service standards.

  • Deliver accurate, consistent advice to existing and new members regarding products and services.

  • Understand member needs through effective questioning and deliver timely, accurate solutions aligned to individual and team targets.

  • Focus on member retention by identifying and communicating the most suitable product benefits and value for each member.

  • Actively participate in training, development, and team activities to build capability, product knowledge, and compliance awareness.

What You Bring

  • A genuine passion for helping customers and making a positive difference

  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills

  • Previous customer service experience (call centre experience is highly regarded but not essential)

  • Confidence using digital applications and business systems, including Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry, or related sectors such as banking or finance (highly regarded)
