The Role: As a Medior Digital Marketeer, you will play a key role in strengthening Datenna’s brand presence and digital marketing impact. You will combine hands-on digital marketing execution with design capabilities, creating compelling assets that support our growth. Working closely within the marketing team, alongside a Content Marketeer and a team lead, you will also collaborate with our Sales team in Europe and in the United States. You’ll help translate complex topics into clear, engaging campaigns and materials across digital channels. As a creative and data-driven marketeer, you’ll contribute to campaign execution, performance analysis, and continuous improvement of our marketing efforts. 


Your Mission at Datenna:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, website, and social media

  • Independently manage and optimize campaigns in HubSpot (email, lead generation, nurturing, events) and on LinkedIn

  • Design and maintain high-quality marketing assets using Adobe InDesign and Figma, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, and social visuals

  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share insights to continuously improve effectiveness

  • Ensure a consistent brand identity and high visual quality across all marketing materials

What makes you a great candidate:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a comparable role

  • Experience planning, executing, and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn

  • Familiarity with social media advertising, targeting, and performance optimization (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager)

  • Advanced working knowledge of WordPress, with experience in Framer or Webflow

  • Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot)

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-moving environment

  • Clear, confident communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a SaaS, data, or technology-driven environment

  • Interest in geopolitics, China, or international security
