MediClinic AM SPOC

TLDR

Manage client relationships and operations for MediClinics, ensuring timely invoicing and compliance, while driving revenue growth through upselling and new lead generation.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Client Meetings - Reviews and Presentations (Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly)

  • Invoice management and collections, to make sure all invoices are cleared and paid within the agreed timelines as per agreement. 

  • Data Management and coordination with the finance team for all issues related to Invoices and payments

  • Retention and timely renewal of all accounts. Build client relationships to make sure we are well connected.

  • Project Green (Upsell / Cross sell). Generate additional revenue from existing clients by bringing value adds and by offering new services.

  • New Lead Generation - Pitching for new business, adding new Logos..

  • Working to improve Margins of current accounts and new projects

  • Directing, coordinating and administering medical and non-medical resources, facilities and services

  • Liaising with clerical, medical and professional staff at all levels

  • Developing services and implementing changes 

  • Ensuring all regulations/ compliances are followed

 

Work closely with Operations team to make sure the below is managed by the team:

  • Managing Medical and Paramedical staff (Doctors and Staff Nurse)  

  • Medical Staff Attendance Management and Team Management 

  • Managing end-to-end OHC operations and smooth functioning of MediClinics for the clients

  • Strengthening existing processes with sound Process Flows, Automated systems.  

  • To make sure all invoices are raised on time along with submission of all necessary documents to clients

  • To ensure all the client deliverables are met on a timely basis.

  • Build relationships with the facility team at client place and ensure smooth flow of OHC payments.

  • Coordinate with the HR Team and provide documents at the time of audits.

  • To ensure day to day activities are carried out and concerned reports are maintained.

  • Medical staff issues/grievances need to be addressed within TAT.

  • Sharing MIS report on monthly basis

 

Skill Set & Qualifications:

  • Graduate  3+ years of experience in Hospital Industry or Occupational Health Services

  • Having Marketing experience is an additional benefit.

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Client Service processes and techniques.
