Administrative & Executive Support

  • Provide full administrative support to Medical Directors.

  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking and coordination.

  • Obtain necessary signatures and manage document workflows.

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Create Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor the PO process.

  • Manage and process invoices in accordance with internal procedures.

Event & Congress Coordination

  • Plan, coordinate, and support implementation of:

    • Congresses and symposia

    • Internal events and training sessions

  • Provide support to the Congress Manager as needed.

Process Optimization & Compliance

  • Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization.

  • Ensure proper documentation and archiving standards.

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Communication

  • Handle professional correspondence with clients and external stakeholders.
