ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Medical Image Annotator (Minijob) at mediaire, you are responsible for the precise annotation of MRI data. This includes marking and classifying relevant anatomical structures and pathologies in accordance with project-specific guidelines, thereby laying the foundation for the development and validation of our AI-based applications.
Your responsibilities also include quality assurance through the review and correction of automated annotations, as well as close collaboration with radiologists, data scientists, and our product team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Precise annotation of MRI image data (anatomical structures and pathologies)
Current focus areas: neuroradiology, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging
Consensus readings in collaboration with other annotators
Review and correction of existing annotations
Optional (based on interest): active contribution to the further development of annotation guidelines and participation in radiological feedback sessions as part of product development
YOUR BACKGROUND
You are a resident physician with at least one year of experience in MRI diagnostics
Ideally, you have experience in reporting MRI examinations of the brain, prostate, and musculoskeletal (MSK) system
You have strong analytical skills and a keen interest in medical as well as complex technical topics
You are able to quickly and systematically familiarize yourself with new tasks and tools
You are fluent in English
