We are currently recruiting for a FT Medical Front Office to be a part of our Urgent Care Team!!! Looking for customer friendly employees to be a part of this growing organization. Position requires you to float to the Sedona clinic as needed by the clinic manager.
Registration of patients to the facility in compliance with established policies and payer requirements in a manner that communicates to the patient that their wellbeing is the primary mission of NextCare. Assures that the clinic is running smoothly and that patient flow is at the optimum.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum two years experience in registration or front office in a physician’s office, hospital emergency department and/or urgent care setting. Typing and computer proficiency in Windows based software.
Skills: Ability to multi-task, provide quality customer service, prioritize and critical thinking
VALUED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Education: Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent
Training: Customer Service Training; Office/Clerical Training
