We’re looking for a Medical Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Avon, Colorado—a town where hiking, biking, skiing, fishing, and living your best mountain life are part of the daily routine.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll be the heartbeat of our care team, supporting providers and patients from newborns to seniors. You’ll work independently, compassionately, and professionally to deliver top-tier care in a setting that feels more like a mountain retreat than a clinic.

Your Impact Includes:

  • Taking vitals and documenting patient history
  • Assisting with exams and minor procedures
  • Performing venipunctures, injections, and IV therapy
  • Monitoring patient conditions and communicating updates
  • Managing patient communications and flow
  • Keeping exam rooms stocked, clean, and ready
  • Upholding HIPAA, OSHA, and Vail Health’s values

 

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of clinical or administrative healthcare experience preferred
  • Skilled in venipuncture, injections, and IV therapy
  • Certified as a Medical Assistant, EMT, LPN, RN, or similar
  • BLS certification required
  • Tech-savvy with EHR systems and basic computer skills

$22.00 – $28.39

Certified MA

$23.20 – $31.00

LPN, RN, Paramedic

$25.47 – $35.98
