About the Role
Flow Practice is a modern medical and wellness practice focused on whole-person care in a calm, community-centered environment. We are seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support IV therapy and blood draws with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
Perform venipuncture and blood draws with accuracy and patient comfort
Start, monitor, and discontinue IV infusions per protocol
Prepare and maintain IV supplies and infusion areas
Monitor patients during treatment and report concerns to clinicians
Document care accurately in the EHR
Support a calm, welcoming patient experience
Ideal Background
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA or equivalent)
Strong IV and phlebotomy skills (1+ year preferred)
CPR/BLS certified
Excellent communication and bedside manner
Experience in IV therapy or wellness settings a plus
