About this role:

What You’ll Be Signing Up For:

  • A dynamic, shared role supporting:
    • Hormone Replacement Therapy (primary long-term focus)
    • Concierge Medicine (steadily ramping service line)
    • One Touch Resolution (1TR) and remote primary care support when clinic volume allows
  • A position designed to grow in responsibility and focus as HRT and Concierge volumes increase.
  • Supporting providers who value efficiency, teamwork, and excellent patient experience—your work directly protects their time and reduces burnout.
 
What you will need:
 
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with applicable patient care and administrative duties preferred
  • Ability to perform venipunctures, administer injections, and initiate intravenous therapy preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, medical equipment, HIPAA compliance and OSHA rules and regulations.

 

License(s):
One of the following is required prior to starting:
  • Medical Assistant:
    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
    • Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) by American Medical Technologist (AMT)
    • National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) by the National Center for Competency Testing
    • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) by the National Healthcare Association
    • Medical Assistant Certification (MAC) by the American Medical Certification Association
    • Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant by the National Association for Health Professionals

 

  • State of Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse or valid compact state license
  • State of Colorado Emergency Medical Technician license

 

CNA or EMT license pay range: $22.00 - $28.39

Medical Assistant certification pay range: $23.20 - $31.00

LPN, RN, or Paramedic pay range: $25.47 - $35.98

 

Certification(s):
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Computer / Typing:

Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computer skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.

Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.
