About the Company

CardioOne partners with independent cardiologists to provide innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. Our platform helps our physician partners thrive in today’s fee-for-service environment and prepare for success in value-based care. In February 2024, we partnered with WindRose Health Investors as well as top physician services and payor executives to grow our team and invest in our next phase of growth.

At Heart Forward MD, we are committed to delivering cardiology care that is as personal as it is cutting-edge. As independent practitioners, we believe in treating every patient with dignity and individualized attention—something often missing within high-volume hospital systems. Founded by cardiologists with decades of expertise, including leaders like Dr. Anne Ford, Heart Forward MD blends compassion and innovation to elevate cardiovascular care.

Through our advanced technology—including electrophysiology, remote monitoring, and preventive diagnostics—we empower patients with tailored solutions that enhance heart health. Our focus goes beyond treating disease; we support long-term wellness by prioritizing prevention, education, and holistic care.
