Lead all aspects of production and content development at Red Bull Pakistan, creating exceptional media strategies to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING MEDIA CONTENT AND STRATEGIES
- Has a deep understanding and passion for the product and for Red Bull’s target audiences in order to drive external strategic communications for both.
- Driving brand love and business growth through media and creator marketing
- Helping create brand awareness and growth through consumer insights and market research
- Ongoing data insights and reporting to assess in real time any shifts in our approach
- Understands local consumers’ media consumption habits and trends
- Has a strong relationship with multiple production stakeholders and creators
- The ability to build effective communication strategies to target Red Bull’s relevant TG
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Lead and contribute the "brand part" of projects of marketing peers as well as on/off premise and trade marketing.
- Always have the "consumer" and "brand" eye in every single project and ensure we talk to the consumer in the most effective and efficient way with a strong focus on digital and social media, while ensuring that all the communication stays within the brand equity.
- Control creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output. Manage the media agency with prudence, to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan.
- 5 years+ of working in marketing, communications/media, advertising or social media agencies
- Prior experience in brand roles, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Strong knowledge of local media landscape with proven experience of achieving significant content driven communications’ projects
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to decipher data and trends
- Creative thinker and innovator; in touch with digital, cultural and consumer trends
- A team player who knows how to make things happen and get work done
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, Economics or related fields
- Travel 20-25%
