Media Integration Account Manager

Job Summary:
The Media Integration Account Manager supports assigned customer accounts and acts as a developing point of contact for airline clients, internal teams, and external vendors. This role applies foundational knowledge of the media production cycle to coordinate deliverables, support issue resolution, and maintain on-time content delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support accounts in execution of monthly IFE content sets
- Communicate regularly with Media Integration Specialists to track and follow up on reported issues
- Identify and resolve production or delivery issues impacting customer timelines
- Communicate directly with customers regarding delivery status, issues, and resolutions
- Maintain production schedules using company tools to track milestones and deadlines
- Support Customer Scorecard preparation and contribute insights on performance trends
- Manage distribution lists, shipping coordination, and billing support per customer requirements
- Develop working knowledge of the IFE product, supply chain, and production cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Program, Project Managers, and Media Services teams
- Determine appropriate actions to resolve issues and escalate when necessary
- Contribute ideas for process improvements and workflow efficiency
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Media, or equivalent experience in a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in media integration, digital media operations, account coordination, or related field
- Working knowledge of media production workflows, content delivery cycles, or similar operational environments
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, or customers) to track deliverables and resolve issues
- Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve routine production or workflow issues with minimal supervision
- Experience managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate status updates and issues clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel and Word processing programs, with ability to track data, schedules, and production status
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – $78,000 per year and reflects multiple levels within the role. Final level and compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
