What You’ll Be Driving:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive media strategies across channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, DSP platforms);
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager to define campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs;
  • Researching market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to guide media buying decisions;
  • Planning and managing media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds;
  • Executing targeted and data-driven ad placements to maximize reach and engagement;
  • Monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools and adjusting strategies when needed;
  • Generating regular performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations.

What Makes You a GR8 Fit:

  • Proven experience in media planning and buying, ideally in an advertising agency or similar role;
  • Experience in B2B marketing;
  • Experience in high-risk industries or deep understanding of processes in this field.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.);
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data using tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics;
  • Solid negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with media vendors;
  • Familiarity with media planning tools and analytics platforms;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex data clearly;
  • Analytical mindset with critical thinking and attention to detail;
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (a plus);
  • Upper-intermediate English (required).
