Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Media Assistant with strong skills in web design, social media management, and paid ads to join a UK-timezone team. This role requires someone who thrives on speed and efficiency, consistently delivers high-quality work, and can handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage visually engaging websites and landing pages using WordPress & Canva.
  • Create, schedule, and optimise campaigns across major social media platforms.
  • Execute and track paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) to drive engagement and leads.
  • Coordinate projects using Asana and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns with precision and timely execution.
  • Contribute new ideas for campaign strategies and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in web design (WordPress proficiency required).
  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms.
  • Knowledge and experience running paid ads (Meta/Facebook Ads).
  • Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma a plus) and project management tools (Asana).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines with speed, efficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable Laptop OR Computer and High Speed WiFi

Nice to Have:

  • 2+ years in web design, social media, or paid advertising.
  • Previous agency or media industry experience.
